How can I exchange or return an item purchased?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. So, if you change your mind, don’t worry about it! You may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received the item, no questions asked. Refunds will be issued to your IUIGA wallet in the form of shopping credits and all you have to do is to mail the item back to us and we will take care of the rest! Simply fill in our IUIGA Exchange/ Return Form.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Request for a replacement by filling in our IUIGA Exchange/ Return Form.

Can I cancel or change my order?

At the moment, it is not possible to cancel or change your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website or app.
